Habitat. 10 specimens were collected from mussel beds in Bizerta lagoon.

Locality. Bizerta lagoon (37° 13' 19.29" N; 9° 55' 49.94" E), lagoon of Ghar El-Melh (37° 10' 09.81" N; 10° 13' 04.27" E) and Bouficha beach (36° 16' 48.36" N; 10° 29' 36.98" E).
