Distribution: Endemic to Greece: Epirus (IO).
Type material: Holotype: female 15 mm, slide no. 4. Spring of Louros River, Vouliasta, Ionannina, Greece, 25/4/2004 (leg. C. Fišer & R. Verovnik),. Another specimen is preserved in 96% ethanol for molecular analyses . Holotype and paratype deposited in DBUL .
Remarks: Only one female was used for the description of N. lourensis by Fišer et al., 2006. Its variability and distribution remains to be studied.
Etymology: The species is named after the type locality Louros River.
