Diagnosis. Male. Body length 6.9–9.1 mm. Clypeus fully punctured with median extension bidentate (Fig. 364); dorsal pronotal carina buttressed with distinct ridges (Fig. 366); lateral side of pronotum with groove not complete across disk (Fig. 367); upper half of lateral side of propodeum with widely spaced rugulae (Fig. 367); metanotum coarsely punctate (Fig. 366); fore wing densely infumated with marginal cell moderately longer than second cubital cell in apical extension (Fig. 369); Gt 1 without transverse carina (Fig. 370); Gs 5 with lateral denticle; Gs 6 with short, sparse setae.
Genitalia. Paramere spatula-shaped and covered with long hairs; cuspis not clearly visible; digitus basally with beak like projection; aedeagus folded completely (Figs 372–374).
Female. Body length 10.3–14.1 mm. Clypeus with basal half punctured, apical half smooth and median extension rounded (Fig. 377); lateral side of pronotum with distinct groove (Fig. 380); metanotum densely set with large punctures (Fig. 379); dorsal side of propodeum with elongate areola, lateral carina convex towards base (Fig. 379); posterior side of propodeum without median carina (Fig. 379); fore wing darkly infumated (Fig. 382); marginal cell of fore wing without terminal spur (Fig. 382); femora of mid and hind legs bright red to orange (Fig. 378); hind basitarsus without groove; Gt 1 without anterior transverse carina (Fig. 383).
Distribution. India: Andaman & Nicobar Islands (new record), Karnataka, Kerala (new record), Maharashtra (new record), Tamil Nadu, Uttarakhand (new record). Elsewhere: Thailand.
