Diagnosis. Body length 11.1–13.9 mm. Mandible without preapical denticle (Fig. 387); median extension of clypeus deeply emarginated (Fig. 387); dorsal side of propodeum with elongate areola (Fig. 389); lateral side of pronotum without well-defined transdiscal groove (Fig. 390); lateral side of propodeum with strong widely separated rugulae (Fig. 390); fore wing yellowish infumated (Fig. 392); hind basitarsus with deep groove.
Variations. The specimens examined here differ in fore wing compared to the description of Allen (1975). Fore wing yellowish infumated in the specimens examined, while fore wing moderately infumated according to Allen.
