Habitat: polyp—from 10 to 43m depth, on wood, polychaete tubes, calcareous bryozoans, dead gorgonians and sponges (Galea 2007 p. 64–65; Galea et al. 2009a p. 339; Galea & Schories 2012a p. 38–40).
