Distribution in South America: polyp—Pacific Ocean, Chile, from 41.67°S to 49.18°S (Galea 2006b p. 63–68, 2007 p. 79–80; Galea et al. 2009a p. 348; Galea & Schories 2012a p. 23–24). Habitat: from 20 to 33m depth, on dead gorgonians and hydroids (Galea 2007 p. 79–80; Galea et al. 2009a p. 348).
