Additional notes: The holotype and paratypes were most likely never labeled as type material. Correspondence with M. Ghabbour indicated that slides are not present at the Plant Protection Department, Ministry of Agriculture, Cairo, Egypt, which was supposed to receive paratypes. We have a series in the FSCA with the matching label data but none are labeled as types. A lectotype will need to be designated.
