Crastina heslopharrisoni (Samy) comb. nov.

Comments. New record for Israel.

Samy (1972) described the species in Craspedolepta . It has a small, very short, parallel-sided frons (rather than narrow, long, ribbon-shaped as in Craspedolepta) and a subrectangular, laterally rounded mesosternum (rather than narrowed in the middle, with antero-lateral rim as in Craspedolepta). Based on these characters, the species belongs to Crastina . Here we formally transfer it as Crastina heslopharrisoni (Samy, 1972), comb. nov.
