Current name: Erianthus alopecuroides (L.) Elliott ( Poaceae).

Note: Fernald (in Rhodora 45: 251. 1943) appears to have regarded the material in BM as the type (rather than that in LINN) and illustrated it in pl. 761, f. 1,2.
