Current name: Anemone trifolia L. ( Ranunculaceae).

Note: Ubaldi & Puppi (in Candollea 44: 141. 1989) provided a detailed discussion and designated a Clifford sheet as lectotype, but this choice post-dates that of Britton, based on material in LINN.
