Current name: Ursinia paleacea (L.) Moench ( Asteraceae).

Note: Prassler (in Mitt. Bot. Staatssamml. München 6: 411-416. 1967) rejected this as a nomen ambiguum but Wijnands disagreed, typifying the name and taking it up in Ursinia (see also Wijnands in Taxon 34: 311. 1985).
