Current name: Oedera genistifolia (L.) Anderb. & K. Bremer ( Asteraceae).

Note: Bremer (in Opera Bot. 40: 39. 1976) designated 986.5 (LINN) as lectotype, a specimen from Tulbagh which Linnaeus did not receive until 1769 and is consequently not original material for the name. Bremer subsequently chose a different lectotype.
