Allognosta limbativentris Enderlein, 1921:185 . Lectotype:male (ZMHB), by designation of Woodley (1995: 149); Paralectotypes: 1 male, 1 female (ZMHB). Type locality: Paraguay, San Bernardino.

Distribution. Paraguay (Cordillera: San Bernardino; San Pedro: Estancia Carumbé).

Comments. Besides the male lectotype (see Woodley 1995: 149), two other specimens (one male and one female) are deposited in the ZMHB collection (Fig. 5), which agrees with the original description in which the type series included three specimens.
