Fannia Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830

Fannia is the largest genus of Fanniidae, and is distributed worldwide. There is great morphological diversity in the genus. Males can be easily identified by secondary sexual characters, while females are more difficult to separate (Rozkošný et al. 1997; Wendt & de Carvalho 2009).
