Diagnosis: General coloration of body dark brown with thorax bearing weak pruinose stripes; antenna black; palpus yellowish; halter yellowish; femora yellowish-brown with yellow apex; tibia yellowish; tarsomeres brown; abdomen with tergites dark grey with silver pruinosity. Prestomal teeth developed; labella reduced, arista pubescent; prealar seta absent; dorsocentral setae 2+3; katepisternal setae 1+1+1, forming equilateral triangle (Fig. 10); prosternum bare; calypters subequal in length (Fig. 10); hind tibia with one supramedian anterodorsal, one median setae and one supramedian posterodorsal seta; sternite 1 bare. Body length: 4.6–6.0 mm. Wing length: 4.2– 4.8 mm.
