Hosts.

Associated with Anobiidae ( Coleoptera).

Distribution.

Austria, Canada, Hungary; recently recorded from Poland ( Wiśniowski and Olbrycht 2021); introduced to Europe from the Nearctic realm (United States of America) (Peck 1974). New species to Greece.

Comments.

Apart from the characters mentioned in the diagnosis, Steffanolampus is otherwise very similar to Perilampus .
