Orthodera gunnii (Le Guillou, 1841) nomen dubium

Le Guillou’s type specimens are missing, and his brief description is insufficient to distinguish O. gunnii from other members of the genus. It is thus designated a nomen dubium; see also comments under O. marginata . Additionally, the specific epithet is often misspelt as gunni in the non-technical literature.
