Hemipepsis mexicana (Cresson)

Host: Cupiennius salei (Keyserling) (Tiger wandering spider) ( Trechaleidae), adult or subadult female. A short video shows the wasp pulling the paralyzed banana spider backwards on the ground, dorsal side upward, grasping the base of its chelicera with her mandibles (E.
