Taxonomic remarks. According to its genitalic structure, this species certainly belongs to the genus Tchatkalophantes Tanasevitch 2001, being clearly defined by the shape of the epigynal pseudoscape: it is widened at the base and narrowed distad, vice versa in other congeners (see Tanasevitch 2001).
