Diatrypella (Ces. & De Not.) De Not.
Notes.
The genus Diatrypella was introduced by Cesati & De Notaris (1863) and was typified with Diatrypella verruciformis (Ehrh.) Nitschke. This genus was characterized by pustule-like stromata erumpent through the host surface, polysporous asci and allantoid ascospores and libertella-like asexual morphs (Senanayake et al. 2015; Hyde et al. 2017; Shang et al. 2017). In this study, we introduce a new species, a new combination and a new record of Diatrypella vulgaris from Guizhou Province for China.
