Description of Female. Fully winged; length 4.0–5.0 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of face (more along orbits) reddish; antenna reddish; mesosoma black, except lateral margins, anterior margin and posterior collar of pronotum reddish; metasoma brown-reddish; legs testaceous, except clubs of femora and metacoxa brown. Antenna clavate. Head swollen, shiny, weakly punctate; occipital carina incomplete; posterior ocelli not touching occipital carina; POL = OPL. Pronotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured; pronotum crossed by two transverse impressions, anterior impression slight and posterior one strong; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5 length of scutum, composed of series of punctures. Propodeum reticulate rugose. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsal segment 1 slightly longer than segment 4. Enlarged claw spatulate (Plate 86E), without subapical tooth, with one row of eight lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 86E) with distal prominence and two rows of 13 lamellae; distal apex with about 17 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
