Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.7–5.6 mm. Head black, except mandible and clypeus yellow; paratype with malar space reddish; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 yellow; mesosoma black, except lateral margins, anterior margin and posterior collar of pronotum reddish; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora brown; paratype with tibiae brown. Antenna clavate, shorter than body; antennal segment 3 longer than segment 4. Head dull, granulated, with one–four longitudinal keels on sides of ocellar triangle, directed from occipital carina to clypeus; paratype also with short irregular keels on face; occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, weakly granulated, with numerous longitudinal keels around disc; pronotum crossed by two transverse impressions, anterior impression weak and posterior one strong; disc humped; anterior collar hardly distinct; posterior collar clearly distinct. Scutum dull, granulated, with lateral regions reticulate rugose. Notauli incomplete, extending to beyond 0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum granulated. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with 2 longitudinal keels on the posterior surface. Fore wing with three dark transverse bands (two basal bands joined); distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part. Protarsal segment 1 slightly longer than segment 4. Enlarged claw (Plate 86B) much longer than arolium, without subapical tooth, with one proximal big peg-like hair, without lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 86B) with inner margin straight, without a distal prominence, with three–four rows of at least 45 lamellae extending continuously to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
