Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.4–4.4 mm. Head black, except mandible yellow or brown; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 and occasionally also partly 3 yellow; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except coxae and clubs of femora brown. Antenna clavate. Head dull, granulated, with numerous weak striae on face; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind ocellar triangle; posterior ocelli touching occipital carina. Pronotum (Plate 87B) dull, granulated, with numerous weak keels around disc; disc humped; posterior collar very short; anterior collar distinct; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, reticulate rugose, except anterior half of median region granulated. Notauli absent; two keels on place of notauli (incomplete in type series, complete and long in specimens from China, Taiwan, Wanfeng Hill). Scutellum dull, granulated. Metanotum reticulate rugose. Propodeum with dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface transversely striate and with two longitudinal keels; median area of posterior surface shiny. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much longer than proximal part (15:8). Protarsal segment 1 slightly longer than segment 4 (12:10). Enlarged claw spatulate (Plate 87C), without one single subapical tooth, with 12 small distal teeth and nine distal lamellae. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 87C) with inner margin straight, without distal prominence, with two rows of about 24 lamellae extending continuously to distal apex. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
