Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.4 mm. Head and antenna testaceous; prothorax testaceous; rest of mesosoma black; metasoma black, except segments 1–3 brown-reddish; petiole brown-reddish; legs yellow. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 4:2:2.5:2:2:2:2:2:2:3.5. Head shiny, smooth, unsculptured; clypeus and anterior margin of face densely hairy; frontal line incomplete, only present in front of anterior ocellus; POL = 2; OL = 1.7; OOL = 2.7; OPL = 2; TL = 3; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (0.6:2); occipital carina complete. Pronotum shiny, with posterior surface longer than anterior surface (3.5:2); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.6 length of scutum (0.4 in original description). Scutellum and metanotum smooth. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (1:3.5). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 2.3:1:1:3:6.2. Enlarged claw (Plate 36E) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 36E) with one row of 16 lamellae (one long + 15 short); distal apex with 3 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
