Description of female (Plate 68A): fully winged; length 3.0–4.0 mm. Totally reddish, except antennal segments 1–3, 7–8 and part of 9 yellow. Antenna clavate. Head shiny, almost hairless, smooth, finely punctate; occipital carina complete; OL more than twice as long as POL; mandible quadridentate, with one rudimentary tooth between two posterior teeth. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, almost hairless, finely punctate. Notauli incomplete, hardly distinct, absent in posterior third of scutum. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with two lateral pointed apophyses (Plate 68A); posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels. Fore wing with two dark transverse bands; stigmal vein strongly curved; pterostigma short and narrow. Protarsal segments 1–4 in following proportions: 15:4:3:12. Enlarged claw (Plate 68B) with one tooth and one bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 68B) with one preapical lamella, two bristles and one distinct proximal prominence. Tibial spurs 1/1/1.

Material examined. Types: holotype ♀: PHILIPPINES: Luzon Island, Mt. Makiling (USNM) . Paratype: PHILIPPINES: Luzon Island, Los Baños, 1♀ (USNM) .

Hosts. Unknown.

Distribution. Philippines (Luzon).

Remarks. According to the original description the type locality is Los Baños, but the holotype was collected on Mt. Makiling; Los Baños is the capture locality of the paratype.
