Description of Female. Fully winged; length 2.2 mm. Head black-brown, except mandible, clypeus and anterior half of face testaceous; ventral region of head black; antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous; mesosoma black; metasoma black-brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 8.5:6:9:9.5:10:9.5:8:7:8:11; antennal segment 9 less than twice as long as broad (8:5). Head dull, granulated; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 10; OL = 7; OOL = 11.5; OPL = 7; TL = 5. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum dull, granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.75 length of scutum. Propodeum with transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area smooth. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
