Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.2–5.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except segments 2–10, or 5–10, or 6–10, or 7–10, or 8–10 darkened; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except clubs of femora and occasionally metacoxa brown; occasionally legs yellow, except metacoxa partly brown. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 22:8:9:7:8:10:9:8:8:10. Head dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; vertex with two oblique keels connecting posterior ocelli to occipital carina (as in Deinodryinus); occipital carina complete; POL = 8; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 9; TL = 6. In specimen from China, Mt. Leigongshan, POL = 9; OL = 5; OOL = 12; OPL = 10; TL = 6. Pronotum shiny, with anterior surface strongly sculptured by transverse keels or reticulate rugose; posterior surface shorter than scutum (10:22, or 8:27), smooth, unsculptured, or partly reticulate rugose; pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. In three specimens from China, Hainan, Baisha County, Jiujialing, scutum laterally with few large areolae. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.3–0.4 length of scutum. Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels and median area as rugose as lateral areas (in some specimens from China, Hainan, Baisha County, Jiujialing, and China, Nanling National Nature Reserve, Protection Station, longitudinal keels incomplete). Fore wing hyaline, slightly totally yellowish, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (5:15). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 14:3:3:1.5:16. Enlarged claw (Plate 29C) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 29C) with two rows of about three–six lamellae (only one in one specimen from China, Hainan, Baisha County, Jiujialing); distal apex with about three–five lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
