Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.5–3.9 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous (in specimen from China, Dasha River, clypeus partly testaceous); antenna brown, except segments 1–2 testaceous (last segment broken in holotype, brown in specimen from China, Mt. Wuyishan); mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except metacoxa proximally darkened. Antenna slightly clavate; antennal segments of holotype in the following proportions: 14:7:11:12:11:11:10:11:10 (last segment missing in holotype). Head shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; anterior half of face reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; vertex behind ocellar triangle without two oblique keels connecting posterior ocelli to occipital carina; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 7; OPL = 6; TL = 6; occipital carina complete. In specimen from China, Liping National Forest Park, temples and vertex behind ocellar triangle rugose, without oblique keels connecting posterior ocelli to occipital carina. Pronotum with anterior surface rugose; posterior surface shiny, smooth, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, much broad than long (20:7), shorter than scutum (7:17); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, finely punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.8–0.9 length of scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, lateral areas rugose and median area smooth. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (7:13). Protarsal segments of holotype in the following proportions: 13:4:4:8:23 (15:4:5:8: 29 in specimen from China, Liping National Forest Park). Enlarged claw (Plate 19D) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 19D) with two rows of approximately 22–23 lamellae; distal apex with about five lamellae. In specimen from China, Liping Nat. Forest Park, segment 5 of protarsus with two rows of 37 + 12 lamellae and distal apex with 12 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
