Diphtherophora tenera Ivanova, 1980

In our study, this population has a smaller body and spear than the type population recovered from Tadjikistan (Ivanova 1980) . On the other hand, morphological characters displayed comparable values, in agreement with another population also reported from Iran (Ghaderi et al. 2017). This population was recovered from turf grass in the campus of Shiraz University, at Eram Square, Shiraz, Fars province, Southern Iran .
