Alien status:― Neophyte, native to North America; it can be considered as invasive in Saudi Arabia (see Aljeddani et al. 2021, Hassan et al. 2022).

Occurrence in Saudi Arabia:― Jizan, Qassim (El-Ghazali & Al-Soqeer 2013), Makkah (Al-Eisawi & AlRuzayza 2015), Tabuk (Miller & Cope 1996, Collenette 1999), Taif (Aljieddani et al. 2021).
