Distr.: Costa Rica, Venezuela and Brazil (Nunez & Couri, 2002). Refs.: Curran, 1939: 2 (desc., key to species); Guimarães, 1971a: 81 (cat.); Nunez & Couri, 2002: 11 (redesc., key to South American species). Comm.: This species was not recorded to Colombia, but is likely to occur in the country.
