Neharpyrhynchus chlorospingus Bochkov and Literak, 2011: 20, figs. 2, 3, 6A (type in ZISP, examined).

Hosts and distribution. Chlorospingus pileatus Salvin ( Passeriformes: Emberizidae) from Costa Rica (Bochkov & Literak 2011).

Remarks. In the holotype and some paratypes of Neharpyrhynchus chlorospingus, palpal setae dG are broken that caused a mistake in the original description. The undamaged palpalae are provided in Fig. 86 G; their lengths are: dF 42–45, dG 25–28, and lā€G 32–35.
