Etymology. The species name refers to the region of origin; adjective.

Diagnosis. The new species seems to be most similar to N. longior Song & Li, 2008, known from Sichuan and Yunnan provinces, China (Song & Li 2008), but clearly differs by the absence of the conical outgrowth on the distal part of cymbium, by the smaller palpal tibial denticles, as well as by the shorter, not spiral copulatory ducts in the epigynum.

Description. Male holotype. Total length 2.00. Carapace modified, head slightly elevated as in Fig. 51, 0.90 long, 0.80 wide, reddish-orange. Eyes normal, cephalic pits very small, very close to posterior median eyes. Chelicerae 0.30 long. Legs blackish-orange.
