DISTRIBUTION: New Guinea; Aru Isis, Wetar Isl, Timor Isl, and other small Indonesian islands.

STATUS: Common.

SYNONYMS: leucippus .

COMMENTS: Distribution poorly known. Included in Strigocuscus by Flannery et al. (1987).
