Circulocercopis sinuatus sp. nov.

Length: 5.8⎯6.0 mm, 6.8 mm.
External characters as in generic description with head and pronotum with brown transverse bands and markings on fore wings indistinct; vertex with medial length 0.9 times narrowest transocular width.
Male genitalia with subgenital plate (figure 7) with expanded basal area similar in length to apical process; style (figure 10) with dorsal process subapical, dorsal lobe acuminate; aedeagal shaft in lateral aspect (figure 6) with filiform distal half sinuate.
Etymology. This species is named based on the shape of its aedeagal shaft.
Material examined. HOLOTYPE:, China: Guangxi, Napo, Defu, 1300 m, 16 August 1998 (T.-L. He) (IZCAS) . PARATYPES: China: 1, same data as holotype; 1, same data as holotype, except, 15 August 1998 (W.-Z. Li); 1, same data except, 15 August 1998 (F.-S. Huang) (IZCAS, BMNH) .
Distribution. South-west China (south Guangxi).
Remarks. This species can be distinguished by its longer vertex and sinuate rather than apically coiled aedeagal shaft.
