Distribution. A cosmopolitan species; be distributed in Malaysia, Myanmar, West Indies, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Australia (Christmas Island) (Blakemore 2002).
Vietnamese name. Giun eukerria kuekenthal.
Remarks. The species probably originates from the neotropical regions (Michaelsen 1935b). In Vietnam, it is usually found in wet soils (Thai 2000b).
