Records from Vietnam. Bac Giang (Hiep Hoa); Hai Phong ( Cat Ba Isl.) ; Hanoi; Lam Dong (Da Lat) (Tran 1985; Le 1995a; Huynh & Nguyen 2004a, b; Huynh 2005a).
Distribution. Cosmopolitan species, widely reported from Myanmar, India, Japan, China, USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Southwest Africa, South Africa, Afghanistan, Kazakstan, Central Asia and Europe (Gates 1972; Blakemore 2002).
Vietnamese name. Giun toàn bắc nhỏ.
Remarks. The species probably originates from Holarctic, and recorded in Vietnam as the name Allolobophora parva . It is usually found in vemi-composts in Vietnam (Tran 1985).
