Vietnamese name. Giun bourne.

Remarks. Gates (1972) noted that the species was considered as a synonym of Pheretima hawayana by Beddard (1900: 635), but was accepted by Michaelsen (1900). Blakemore (2007a) suggested synonymy with Amynthas gracilis . He recommended to re-check types of both species (Blakemore 2007a).
