Examined material. 17 C and 4 A (SORC-V.163.01) under decaying woods, Tac Nga, Duc Xuan, Cao Bang, 13/7/1992, coll. Le Van Trien .

Records from Vietnam. Cao Bang (Thach An) (Le 1995a).

Distribution. China (Chen 1946).

Remarks. The species was originally found from wet ground under the moss coat or amongst grass roots (Chen 1946).
