Type locality. Myanmar.

Type material. Unknown.

Records from Vietnam. Phu Tho (Xuan Son NP); Hanoi (Ba Vi NP) (Huynh & Nguyen 2004a; Huynh et al. 2005).

Distribution. Vietnam; Laos; Thailand; Myanmar (Gates 1931, 1939, 1972; Samphon 1990).

Remarks. The species was only listed in Huynh & Nguyen (2004a) and Huynh et al. (2005). Further examination was not possible because all previously collected material has been lost.
