G. Zheng; 2 females, 2 males, Rubber plantation (about 20 yr) (21º54.684′N, 101º16.319′E, Alt: 585 m), pitfall traps, 15 March 2007, leg. G. Zheng; 5 females, 2 males, Paramichelia baillonii plantation (21º54.200′N, 101º16. 923′E, Alt: 608 m), pitfall traps, 1–15 February 2007, leg. G. Zheng; 2 females, 2 males, searching, rubber-tea plantation (21º55.551′N, 101º16.923′E, Alt: 561 m), 4–11 May 2007, leg. G. Zheng.

Comment. Yin & Wang (1984) firstly reported this species from Hunan and Yunnan Provinces. Mengyang County, a part of Xishuangbanna area, is one of the type locations; but the original distribution record lacks of the detailed information. Tong & Li (2010) re-studied this species based on the specimens from Hainan Province. According to Tong & Li (2014), this species seems to be widely distributed in southern China and the adjacent areas.

Distribution. China (Hainan, Hunan, Taiwan, Yunnan), Laos.
