Maladera rosettae (Frey, 1972)
Material examined. 12 males: “ India: Madhya Pradesh, Jabalpur, 412 m, 23°10’N, 79°55’E, 20.ix.1957, 26095/H4A, leg. P.S. Nathan ” (NZSI) ; 1 male: “ India: Karnataka, Hassan, Arakalgud, 918 m, 12°46’N, 76°03’E, 12.xi.2008, Yeswanth” (NBAIR) .
Remark. This is a new record to southern India and Karnataka state. The species was known to occur only in Central India, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan so far (Ahrens & Fabrizi 2016).
