USA: Georgia: Clarke Co.: 36 individuals from 19 sites. Caught in flight trap from 19 May – 27 July 2020.
Distribution.
Eastern North America and Mexico.
Saproxylic habits.
larvae, pupae, and adults have been found together within the base of a dead black oak (Van Horn 1909); emerged from water oak logs (Ulyshen and Hanula 2009 a), hardwood twigs (Ferro and Nguyen 2016), and American beech, elm, and maple (Dury 1904).
