Description of holotype. Length 20.6 mm, width 8.2 mm. Head and pronotum same as in C. ruficroides ruficroides, body somewhat larger (20.4–22.2 mm), elytra weakly more prolonged with humeral macula longer anteroposteriorly (Plate 6, Figs 44–48). Aedeagi seem to be very similar (Plate 13, Figs 106, 107).

Distribution. Central Africa, Cameroon, Gabon.
