General distribution: Europe, Asia Minor (Turkey), Near East, Caucasus, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Central Asia, Siberia (Sayans, Altai, Baikal env.). [CAE]

Note: In Latvia, the species is known from 6 localities (Mikutowicz 1905; Pūtele 1965; Barševskis 1993).
