New record for the Paraná State.
Comments: This is the second record of the species after its original description. Gorochov (2015) recently presented a record of the species for Puerto Bertoni, Alto Paraná, Paraguay, a place nearby the Iguaçu National Park.
Bioacoustics (Fig. 21A–C): The stridulation is performed by males during the day and at the beginning of the night. The echemes are composed by seven to 35 syllables. Each syllable is emitted with a quickly increase and after that a long decrescendo of intensity.
Dominant frequency: 21.8 ± 0.7 kHz.
Bandwidth: 3 ± 0.1 kHz.
Duration: Syllable: 0.01 ± 0.002 s.
Mute interval: Syllable: 2 ± 0.5 s.
