Head. Moderately elongate in lateral view; dorsal length 1.2–1.6 mm and width 1.1–1.4 mm. Frontal vitta yellow, except for narrow brown “Y” shaped stripe from the anterior margin of frons to ocellar tubercle (Fig. 12 C). Fronto-orbital plate yellow on anterior half, yellowish-brown on posterior half. Postocellar seta convergent, length 2.3–2.5 times transverse diameter of ocellar tubercle; inner vertical seta slightly convergent, equal to outer vertical seta; outer vertical seta divergent, subequal to postocellar seta. Genal seta hair-like, length 70% length of postocellar seta. Postgena slightly narrow posteriorly. Occiput height 2.5–2.7 times length (Fig. 12 D). Antennal base brown. Antennae length 60–80% length of head. Scape yellow; 0.2 mm long. Pedicel paler than scape; 0.2 mm long; with outstanding dorso-apical seta; inner process of pedicel finger-like and relatively wide. First flagellomere oblong; length 1.5–1.7 times width. Arista apical with faint brown pubescence.

Thorax. Scutum dorsally with two white pruinescent stripes, separated by wide median brown stripe that narrows after transverse suture; pleuron partly yellow and velvety. Anterior notopleural seta absent. Posterior notopleural seta subequal to scutellar seta. Supra-alar seta subequal to postalar seta. Postalar seta subequal to scutellar seta. Dorsocentral seta length at least half length of scutellar seta. Scutellar seta length 70% length of scutellum. Proepisternum bare. Katepisternum brown with dorsal white pruinescent spot; katepisternal seta straight, black and equal to postalar seta. Katatergite yellow; length 1.8–2.0 times width.

Legs. Mid coxa with one lateral seta. Femora yellowish-brown with inconspicuous pale brown distomedial ring; mid femur anteriorly with three median setae.

Wing (Fig. 12 E). Basicosta with dorsal inconspicuous seta. Halter whitish-yellow.

Abdomen. Yellowish-brown, dorsally with median yellow stripe from tergite 1 to tergite 4 or tergite 6. Syntergite 7+8 and epandrium shiny yellowish-brown.
