Type host. Thylamys pallidior (Thomas) (Marsupialia, Didelphidae).

Site of infection. Small intestine.

Type locality. Argentina, Jujuy Province, Susques (24º00ʹ48.8ʹ S, 66º30ʹ52.8ʹ W).

Holotype: MLP 5727. Paratypes: MLP 5728.
