STATUS. — Excluded.

REMARK. — Only reported by Dowsett et al. (2013), with a single observation in the north Burkina Faso, Sylvo-Pastoral and Partial Faunal Reserve of the Sahel, 20.VI.2008 (GBIF), it is not further considered by Borrow & Demey (2014). The specimens of the SMF bird collection (SMF 11839, 11840) are from a “fetish market”, thus the locality is uncertain and not verifiable (G. Mayr pers. comm. 2020).
