Subgenus Giselatax K.O. Viets, 1975
The subgenus Giselatax is characterized by the modification of the male fourth leg, with IV-leg-4 with a number of large setae. While the males are very characteristic, the females could not be told apart. They are only identified when males are present. When males are not present, the females are left unidentified. As Viets (1975) already pointed out, females of this subgenus are very similar to females of U. longiseta Walter. I could not find any differences between the females of U. longiseta and females of species belonging to the subgenus Giselatax, so these females are left unidentified as well when no males are present.
